A platform shaped with artists, not simply for them
OnlineArtz connects artists with collectors across Europe. As we develop the platform, we want the people who use it to have a meaningful voice in what comes next. The Founding Artist Programme brings together a small community of artists whose experience and honest feedback will help us improve the way artworks are presented, discovered and sold online. This is not an influencer or ambassador programme. You will not be expected to promote OnlineArtz, create social media content or meet sales targets. We are inviting artists to use the platform naturally and tell us what works, what does not and what could be better.

Space for up to 150 artworks
Build a substantial portfolio using the artwork allowance currently available with the Premium plan.
Enhanced visibility opportunities
Receive priority consideration for curated collections, featured artist areas, editorial content and other relevant discovery opportunities. Placements will depend on relevance and availability and cannot guarantee views or sales.
Founding Artist status
Be recognised as part of the first community helping to shape the next stage of OnlineArtz.

Where possible, explore selected new features before wider release and help us make them more useful for artists and collectors.

Join a dedicated Founding Artist WhatsApp group for your country, with members of the OnlineArtz team available for questions, feedback and programme updates.
YOUR ROLE
Honest feedback, without a fixed time commitment
We want participation to fit naturally alongside your work as an artist. There is no feedback quota and no set number of hours. We simply ask you to:
- Create and maintain a genuine artist profile.
- Upload a representative selection of your artworks.
- Explore the platform and use the features relevant to you.
- Tell us when something is unclear, difficult, broken or could work better.
- Join your country's Founding Artist WhatsApp group for informal discussion and programme updates.
- Where practical, respond to occasional short surveys, feedback requests or invitations to test selected features.
Your participation is not promotional
You will not be required to:
- Promote OnlineArtz to your followers or collectors.
- Create posts, videos, testimonials or other marketing content.
- Take part in advertising.
- Sell a minimum number of artworks.
- Meet sales, audience or engagement targets.
If we would like to invite you to take part in a campaign, interview or testimonial, we will ask separately. You will always be free to decline.

WHO SHOULD APPLY
Artists who want to help improve the online art experience
The programme is designed for practising artists based in Romania, Poland, Spain or the United Kingdom who:
- Create original artwork suitable for presentation on OnlineArtz.
- Are willing to create a genuine, complete artist profile.
- Can upload a representative selection of their work.
- Are interested in exploring the platform and sharing constructive feedback.
- Are comfortable participating in a small country-based WhatsApp group.

YOUR WORK REMAINS YOURS
Your artwork. Your copyright. Your choice.
You retain ownership and copyright in the artwork, photographs, descriptions and other original content you upload. OnlineArtz receives only the permission needed to display and technically process that content as part of operating your profile, listings and the platform. Any broader commercial or advertising use outside the normal operation and promotion of your OnlineArtz presence would require appropriate permission.
Frequently asked questions
Is the programme free?+
Yes. Selected Founding Artists receive complimentary Premium membership for the six-month programme period. There is no subscription charge during that time.
Will I automatically be charged after six months?+
No. There is no automatic paid renewal. When the programme ends, you may choose whether you want to continue on a paid OnlineArtz plan.
Do I have to promote OnlineArtz?+
No. This is a feedback programme, not an influencer or ambassador agreement. There is no requirement to post on social media, create promotional content or endorse OnlineArtz publicly.
Do I have to make sales?+
No. There are no minimum sales, views or engagement targets, and participation does not guarantee sales or a particular level of visibility.
How much time will it take?+
There is no fixed time commitment. We ask you to use the platform during the programme and share honest, constructive feedback when you have something useful to tell us.
Do I keep the rights to my work?+
Yes. You retain ownership and copyright in your artwork and original content. Participation does not transfer your intellectual property to OnlineArtz.
Do I need an existing OnlineArtz account?+
You will need an OnlineArtz artist profile to take part, but you can create or complete it as part of joining the programme.
Is WhatsApp participation required?+
The country WhatsApp groups are the programme's main informal channel for questions, quick feedback and updates. Please note that other members may be able to see the name, profile information and telephone number linked to your WhatsApp account. Do not share confidential or sensitive personal information in the group.
What happens if I want to leave?+
Participation is voluntary. You may leave the programme at any time by contacting OnlineArtz. Complimentary Premium access and other programme benefits may end when your participation ends.
How are artists selected?+
OnlineArtz will select a small group of artists whose work and participation can contribute to a useful, varied founding community. There are 10 places available in each participating country, and submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
